North Penn Community Health Foundation
Announces Website Re-launch
North Penn Community Health Foundation is pleased to announce the
re-launch of its website, www.npchf.org that features enhanced navigation
and search capabilities. Incorporated into the new website design is
our new brand and logo that was developed to more clearly convey our
role as a health foundation serving the North Penn community in partnership
with our supported organizations.
Our new brand retained the traditional (blue) and progressive (green)
colors initially chosen to communicate stability, longevity, education,
investment, hope, growth, change and independence that still reflect
the values of the foundation. The graphical arches emanating from the
foundation progressively gain strength and character as they flow forward – symbolic
of the foundation’s core purpose reflected in our tagline: “Partnering,
Investing, Improving” – and underscoring the foundation’s
relationships with the community.
The foundation has become a local center for convening and exploration
of ideas. It is the maturing partnerships among the community and the
foundation’s supported organizations that continue to add strength
and impact to the foundation’s grants and related work benefiting
community non-profit institutions and residents.
The foundation has acquired land in Hatfield Township with the intention
of erecting a multi-tenant non-profit center. This building will become
the permanent home of the foundation providing affordable professional
meeting and office space for several other non-profit organizations
that serve the North Penn community. For now, the foundation’s
address and contact information remains unchanged. Once we relocate
next summer we will provide you with updated address and contact information.
